By browsing this website or confirming a written engagement letter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services described
Pages on this site describe professional review and audit services relating to tax reporting applications. Published rates are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties accept a scoped letter and deposit terms.
Intellectual property
Site copy, layout, and graphics belong to Data Work Path or its licensors. You may not copy substantive content for commercial reuse without written permission. Working papers produced under an engagement are licensed to the client for internal use related to the reviewed filing; resale or republication requires consent.
Client responsibilities
You warrant that documents supplied for review are provided with authority to share them, and that you will not withhold known material facts about the tax reporting application under review. Delays in document delivery may shift agreed delivery dates.
Liability
To the extent permitted under Thai law, Data Work Path is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Thai law prohibits limitation (including fraud or wilful misconduct). Findings memos are professional opinions based on documents supplied; they are not guarantees of Revenue Department outcomes.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Chiang Mai have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active engagement letters are amended only in writing.
