Refunds and cancellations
Rules for deposits, cancellations, and refunds on professional review engagements.
Scope
This policy applies to paid engagements with Data Work Path for financial audit and review of tax reporting applications (including VAT reviews, year-end verification, and supporting document checks). It does not cover goods retail or software subscriptions because we do not sell those.
Deposit
A 40% deposit confirms your delivery slot. Deposits are credited against the final invoice.
Cancellation by you
- More than 10 business days before the agreed fieldwork start: full deposit refund within 14 business days to the original payment method.
- 5–10 business days before start: 50% of the deposit is retained for reserved capacity; the remainder is refunded.
- Fewer than 5 business days before start, or after document-room opening: deposit is non-refundable. Work already performed is invoiced on a time basis at THB 3,500 per hour, capped at the quoted fee.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel for reasons other than your material breach or failure to deliver documents after notice, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled engagement, paid within 14 business days.
Rescheduling
One reschedule with at least 5 business days’ notice is allowed without penalty, subject to capacity. Later reschedules may require a new deposit if the original slot cannot be reused.
No-shows
If scheduled on-site sessions at Level 6, 44 Chang Klan Road are missed without 24 hours’ notice, the session time may be billed and the delivery date may move.
Work already started
Once fieldwork begins, fees for completed procedures are payable even if you later abandon the filing. Unused portions of a prepaid fee for procedures not started may be refunded on a pro-rata basis after written closure.
Partial refunds
If scope shrinks by written agreement (for example removing a second entity), we issue a partial credit for undelivered procedures. Expanding scope is newly quoted; prior payments are not automatically refundable to offset expansions.
Non-refundable items
- Third-party translation or courier costs already incurred at your request
- Rush surcharges after rush fieldwork has started
- Clarification hours beyond the included pass once delivered
Purchased materials
We do not sell kits or physical products. Printed copies of findings produced at your request are charged at cost and are non-refundable once printed.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Exceptions
Statutory cooling-off rights under Thai consumer law apply where they are mandatory and cannot be waived. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
