Data we collect

  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
  • Documents and personal data inside files you upload or deliver for a tax reporting application review

  • Responding to inquiries and preparing engagement quotes
  • Performing scoped review work and delivering findings
  • Meeting accounting, tax, and professional record-keeping duties
  • Improving site performance when analytics are consented

We process inquiry and engagement data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform a contract. We process analytics cookies only with consent. We retain certain records where Thai law requires.

Retention

Inquiry emails without an engagement are kept up to 24 months. Engagement working papers and correspondence are retained for at least five years unless a longer period is required by law or professional standards. Analytics data follows the cookie durations listed on our Cookies page.

Sharing

We share data with secure email and file-hosting providers that process information on our instructions, and with professional advisers when required for an engagement. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Thailand, we use contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and limit access to engagement personnel who need it.

Your rights

Subject to Thai data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time. Contact info@dataworkpath.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant Thai supervisory authority.

Children

Our services are directed at business clients. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Updates
