Scoping questions we ask at intake

The short list of questions that shape fee, timeline, and whether on-site review in Chiang Mai is worth it.

Intake is not a sales script. It is how we keep a financial audit of tax reporting applications inside a calendar you can trust.

Questions that change the quote

  1. Which exact forms and periods are in scope?
  2. Is the application draft-complete, partial, or already lodged?
  3. How many branches or entities feed the figures?
  4. Will documents stay on site at Chang Klan Road or move through secure exchange?
  5. Who answers coding questions within two business days?

Questions that change the method

If cash sales are material, we increase sample days. If foreign-currency purchases are material, we ask for rate sources. If a Revenue Department letter already exists, we read it before fieldwork so findings do not ignore an open thread.

What you can prepare before the call

A one-page readiness note beats a large unsorted zip file. List known weak areas honestly — late invoices, missing withholding certificates, unclear intercompany charges. Those notes shorten scoping and usually lower the risk premium in the fee.
